Thanks to the passion, knowledge and vast professional experience of Efektor employees, the company has specialized in the production of high and very high power resistors and resistors on special order for various atypical drive systems, also in the maritime version.

Power resistors are used in the braking circuit of the inverter wherever high dynamics of drive braking is required and in drive systems e.g. lifts, cranes, winch cranes, presses, where fast acceleration and fast braking or a quick change of rotational speed are required. They are adapted to receive and dissipate high power. We sell resistors with different powers, resistances and IP protection levels. On special order we also produce resistors with unusual parameters and with forced cooling with both air and water.

We also place emphasis on consulting and assisting our customers in the selection of resistors.Our experience in this field makes it possible for Efektor engineers to help you choosing the right resistor.

Our resistors have been tested in many applications that use power resistors for dynamic braking, also in the maritime version.
